I could not be more thrilled with what Jayne was able to do in managing our renovation. She oversaw the whole process from design through choosing and managing contractors to on time completion. And she managed to do all this while we were still living in the USA. No problem became a drama and every decision came with carefully considered options for us to chose from. Her attention to detail really inspired confidence and when we finally took over at the end of all the work the house was immaculate. I would not hesitate to recommend her work and to trust her with projects big and small. Thank you Jayne for helping to create our dream home. Mrs J Marks - August 2019

A lot of elements are forgotten which should be planned from the start, it’s easy to focus on the aesthetics but forget about the less glamorous elements, such as storage, lighting & socket fittings, furniture placement, wall space, radiators, computer/work-space, smart technology and windows. The list goes on .............!
Think of the future and accommodating
changing needs.
Think of ventilation with vast amounts of glazing/bifold doors.
Think about storage solutions and using all of the space possible, think clever!
Think about the practicalities of flooring.

Make areas feel warm & welcoming by layering up with cushions, throws, potted flowers and low maintenance plants. Give that old wooden furniture a new look with some bright blues/aqua paints to give a fresh summer feel.
Using perimeter seating is the most effective way to maximise your living space outside. Consider foot traffic, ensure there is plenty of space to walk through by creating a path way of at least four feet wide. Also consider natural shade spaces to help keep a cool spot for the seating area.
A classically styled bench can be a lightweight piece that is easily moved and used as extra seating during the summer months.
Ceramic garden stools are one of the most timeless choices with a lovely summer cushion on top adds seating to any part of the garden during the summer. The most popular ones are botanical shapes with asian landscapes in shades of blue & white.
If you are thinking of selling, DO NOT forget the garden! A nice garden adds value and can be done on a small budget.

Here are some ideas fit for spring right through to summer.
Acid Green & White – super clean, creams & beiges can make colours a little muddy, so go with a stark white to give contrast. Also Tangerine & lime tones with a neutral white for balance & a fresh feel.
Fuchsia – Turquoise & White are colours for the ultimate spring look! As well as Purple, Turquoise & Tangerine.
Choose a pattern that mixes all of these lovely spring colours together as your accent pieces.
Aqua, Navy & Flamingo Pink are a great mix for summer. Layer different shades of blue, aqua & blue grays with a bold pink, also Navy, Teal & Coral are a good mix of summer & spring colours.
Powder Blues are great with light woods, cool colours for a light & airy feel – great if trying to achieve that Scandinavian look!
Blue Greys & Blush Pink with White put a neutral spin on your spring colour scheme, warm & cool hues striking a nice contrast.
